Emily Brustein

Emily Brustein joined Land Advisors Capital in March 2024, serving as an Associate Investment Manager for the Central/Western United States. Ms. Brustein graduated from The University of Texas at Austin as a Phi Beta Kappa and Distinguished College Scholar. She earned a Bachelor of Arts, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship/Psychology, and a business minor. After graduation, she joined Goldman Sachs – Asset Management Division before joining the Investments (Development & Acquisitions) team at Mid-America Apartment Communities (NYSE: MAA) to focus on multifamily. MAA is the largest publicly traded apartment REIT in the United States based on number of apartment units owned and managed.
