Cole Zarola

Cole Zarola joined Land Advisors Capital in May 2026, serving as an investment analyst in the Austin, Texas office. Mr. Zarola’s role at LAC is to assist LAC’s regional directors in the underwriting process which includes financial pro forma, demographic, spatial, and market research and analysis, as well as the creation of presentations for investment committees and clients. Before joining LAC, Mr. Zarola attended the University of Detroit Mercy where he received a bachelor’s in psychology. While at the University of Detroit Mercy, Mr. Zarola was a member of the Men’s Division 1 Lacrosse program. He also received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Greenville where he was a member of the Men’s Division 2 lacrosse program. Before joining Land Advisors Capital, he was a land analyst at Dream Finders Homes where he assisted with land development and acquisition responsibilities.
